When I was invited to act as spokesperson for the Clear the Air! program, I felt delighted! Just like me, you may wonder sometimes whether small daily actions we take to protect the environment are really worth the trouble or just a droplet in the ocean…  Well, rest assured that the Clear the Air! program is useful, intelligently designed and carried out, and makes a concrete difference.

I was highly surprised to learn that a vehicle built before 1998 can pollute up to 39 times more than, for example, a 2004 model. And there are hundreds of thousands of these old bangers still wandering about in Quebec!

So if you truly want to lend out a real helping hand in favour of your planet, and yourself, take action and exchange your old smelly rattler for a more sustainable means of transportation.
