Saint-Léon-de-Standon, February 24th 2011 – It is with joy and pride that André Bélisle, the Association québécoise de lutte contre la pollution atmosphérique (AQLPA) president, received last week the Guy-Chartrand Prize for “Action and User Mobilization” from Transport 2000.  Offered each year since 2006 by the Association, the Guy-Chartrand Prize rewards the exceptional contribution of an individual regarding the defense of transit and its users and the promotion of sustainable and efficient transport.
